PlatSil 71 Series RTV Silicone Rubbers are two-component, addition-cure, platinum-catalyzed, flexible mold compounds. The 71 Series products exhibit a tough, knotty tear, making them especially valuable to the mold making industry. They are excellent mold materials for casting polyester, epoxy and polyurethane resins, as well as for waxes and many other materials.

Gel-10 is a Platinum based Silicone with a 1:1 mix ratio, 6 minute working time, and 30 minute cure. It is easy to pigment with the silicone pigments that are now available. Gel-10 is often used for prosthetics in the Special Effects world. It is skin safe for making a mold from a person and can be cast with or with out deadener for a life like skin effect. It's a Shore 10 with great elongation so it can be used as a soft mold material as well.

SiliColors are designed to add to Silicone Rubbers. There are many variations that may be achieved. Great for distinguishing layers and thickness on brush-on molds. Wonderful to add to PlatSil Gel-10 for maskes and make-ups. A little bit goes a long way. (4 oz containers)

PlatThix is a liquid thickener that can be added to PlatSil Series rubbers for brush on blanket molds. Add up to 5% (by weight) PlatThix to Part B and stir. Available in 4oz bottle.

Tin Thix is made to thicken Tin catalyst Silicones. It can also be used with Platinum catalyst Silicones for a very thick mixture for doing the 3rd and 4th layers of a brush-on mold. Or to fill in deep undercuts quickly. (4 oz container)

Poly 74 and 75 Series Liquid Rubbers consist of Part A and Part B that, after mixing, cure overnight at room temperature to flexible, high strength mold rubbers. They make durable, easy releasing molds for casting plasters and waxes without release agents, but when used with proper release agents are also excellent for casting cement, epoxy, polyester, urethane and acrylic. Poly 74-20 offers the most remarkable combination of tear strength and softness.

Poly 74 and 75 Series Liquid Rubbers consist of Part A and Part B that, after mixing, cure overnight at room temperature to flexible, high strength mold rubbers. They make durable, easy releasing molds for casting plasters and waxes without release agents, but when used with proper release agents are also excellent for casting cement, epoxy, polyester, urethane and acrylic. Despite having lower elongation and tear strength than other 74 Series rubbers, Poly 74-30 has become the workhorse for casting plasters and waxes due to its ease of use (1:1 mix ratio and low viscosity), long library life and versatility (it can be poured or thickened for brush on).
